Fat Blasting Circuit Training:

Little Children in buggies are welcome BUT:

For safety reasons the children must stay in the buggy throughout the whole fitness class, while mums are working out. There is NO extra childcare to look after the little ones. The child is your responsibility throughout class.

This is circuit training combining cardio, strength training and ab work to blast fat, increase your strength and tone. The combination of exercises will increase your heart rate, boost your energy and metabolism and keep your body burning fat long after you finish the workouts.
