Little Children in buggies are welcome BUT:
For safety reasons the children must stay in the buggy throughout the whole fitness class, while mums are working out. There is NO extra childcare to look after the little ones. The child is your responsibility throughout class.

This is circuit training eventually combining cardio, strength training and ab work to blast fat, increase your strength and tone. The combination of exercises will increase your heart rate, boost your energy and metabolism and keep your body burning fat long after you finish the workouts. The half an hour classes usually focuses on one or the other (strength or cardio) rather than combining it because there is not enough time to fit both in. Towards the end of the terms I usually try and combine because by that time everybody is more confident for the things to come. This is when the SHORT & SHARP really kicks in.
