Hello Ladies,

does it seem like you have been working out forever and you are treading on the spot? Put in many hours with little to no results?

As a mother of two I know what it is like trying to find time to workout or pamper yourself. On top of that I am not keen on gym's, but rather workout in the comfort of my own home or outdoors.

Further more I like workouts to be short and sharp rather than dragging out for 60 - 90 minutes. 3x30 minutes a week based on resistance and interval training can get you into shape and leave you enough time to do all the other things in your daily life that you need to get on with. How does that work I hear you say? By using full body resistance training moves with INTENSITY rather than doing 60 - 90 minutes of just plodding along.

So, in your quest for body fat loss 3 things are important:

~ quality rather than quantity when it comes to workouts

~ consistency in your workouts (3 x a week)

~ Healthy eating (NOT diet or deprivation) because you can't outdo a bad diet

I would like to add a 4th and 5th one that are important to me too. FUN & diversity. Interested? Why not come along and find out for yourself what you can achieve in less time spend working out as long as you stick to the points mentioned above?

The new course book is out and it has been pointed out to me that some dates have not been updated. What the book should say is:

1 hour class :

•  Mondays starting 03.05.2010. - 12.07.2010. Timings: 09.45 – 10.45

 

1 hour class :

•  Wednesdays starting 05.05.2010 - 14.07.2010. Timings: 09.45 – 10.45

 

30 Minutes blaster :

•  Thursdays starting 06.05.2010 - 15.07.2010. Timings: 9.45 – 10.15

 

30 Minutes blaster :

•  Thursdays starting 06.05.2010 - 15.07.2010. Timings: 10.30 – 11.00

 

 

All classes will run in Gym 1. Ladies with buggies are welcome, but children HAVE to stay in the buggy throughout the whole class for safety reasons. This is an agreement with the Gym staff or I would not be allowed to offer this.

Enrolment at 34 AEC:

 

19.04.2010 – 30.04.2010  

No more enrolments after that date.
