You don't need to be physically fit to start my classes, but you do need to be physically healthy .

Contact me before you sign up for any classes if you have any doubts. Rest assure that anything you tell me will be kept confidential.

Classes at Studio Harmony are limited to 2-3 ladies in each group. They have to be booked as a block and paid in advance. Classes at Studio Harmony are NOT drop in classes (unless otherwise stated) and have to be booked & paid before they run. Please contact me if you would like to arrange classes for you and your friends which are 1 hour long. My focus is on Studio Harmony to work in a small groups where the ladies feel comfortable with each other. If a bigger hall is available then I will also consider running classes on a bigger scale.

Timings:

Mo - Fri 9.30 - 14.30

What you need for class:

Fitness > Clean trainers (Studio Harmony) other venues it's ok to use the trainers you walked in with. WATER and a towel.

Yoga > Comfortable lose fitting close that don't restrict your movement. A blanket, warm socks, water and maybe a towel. Mats will be provided at Studio Harmony, but for bigger venues you might have to bring one along.

Fitness:

My focus is on bodyweight and free weights. Or, would you like to start jogging? No problem BUT don't think you have to run in order to get into shape.

Book 10 weeks for you and your friends/ colleagues with no more than 2-3 ladies. This keeps it small and personal. Each class runs for 1 hour. Please keep in mind that these are not drop in classes and fees have to be paid in advance. Share the fun and motivate each other.

Little ones in a (car) seat are welcome, but they HAVE to stay in there throughout the class for their safety and also your own. They are YOUR responsibility as no extra childcare is provided.

Yoga:

Classes with no more than 2-3 ladies. All Classes for BEGINNERS with little or no experience. My direction is based on Vinyasa Flow where movement and breath are synchronized almost as a dance like experience flowing from one pose to the next. This can be as strong and dynamic as YOU want it to be.

My approach has very little on the traditional side which can be very heavy on meditation, OOOMMMM, sanskrit, philosophy, chanting ... There are many wonderful teachers out there incorporating what I don't at Studio Harmony.

Please contact me to set up a 10 weeks class plan for you and a friend. Little ones in a (car) seat are welcome, but they HAVE to stay in there throughout the class for their safety and also your own. They are YOUR responsibility as no extra childcare is provided.

Yoga Rhythm will be on offer from October 2011
